法国国立高等工程技术学校（Arts et Métiers Sciences et Technologies）是一所在法国极负盛名的工程师大学校，成立于1780年，是法国历史最悠久的机构和最著名的工程师学院之一。在机械工程和工业工程领域处于领先地位，学生们在汽车制造、工程学、机械学和动力学等领域具有非常高的水平。该校自建立以来，已经培养了超过85000名工程师，是一个受法国教育部管辖的“公共科学，文化和专业研究机构”。该校的主校区设在巴黎13区的意大利广场附近，并在Aix-en-Provence、Angers、Bordeaux、Châlons-en-Champagne、 Cluny、Lille和Metz另设7个分校区，并设有三个研究中心。
我校与法国国立高等工程技术学校于2009年3月签署框架合作协议，于同年11月签署硕士层次双文凭合作项目协议，并于2010年随即启动中法学生双向互派的联合培养工作。双文凭项目合作学院包括机械、汽车、轨交、航力、材料5个学院。
